Application to amend approval to construct a wind power plant

Overview

The Heritage Wind Farm Power Plant was originally approved in Decision 2011-239 on June 2, 2011. It had an expected in-service date of May 30, 2014.

NextEra Canada Development & Acquisitions, Inc. submitted an application on March 30, 2018 to amend Permit and Licence 22315-D02-2017. The AUC issued a notice of application on May 3, 2018.

The project would require connection to the grid including a modification to the Fidler 312S Substation and a 240 kV transmission line.
