Rule 016: Review of Commission Decisions

​Rule 016 sets out the requirements for a request to review a decision of the Commission and the factors that will be considered when determining whether a review will be granted. An application for a review of a decision must be submitted within 60 days of the issuance of a decision, however the Commission may review a decision on its own motion any time. An application for review must contain the information described in the rule.
