








Statement Date - The date that the bill was printed.
Due Date - The date that the total amount owing is due. If the retailer receives that amount due after the due date, the retailer is able to charge a late payment fee.
Previous Balance - The closing balance of the last statement.
Payments Processed – The payments that the retailer received and applied to the account since the last bill and before printing of the current bill.
Late Payment Fees – Utilities charge a late payment fee on amounts outstanding after the due date given on the bill. For specific amounts that utilities can charge for late payments, please see the Terms and Conditions of Service for your service provider.
Current Charges – New charges for the utility service used in the current billing period. They are the sum of Energy and Delivery charges.
