The AUC released Bulletin 2017-02 on March 8, 2017, approving amendments to AUC Rule 001: Rules of Practice effective March 24, 2017, along with Stakeholder comments and responses from the AUC.
A draft of the rule was distributed with Bulletin 2016-19 and Bulletin 2016-20 on November 1, 2016, to invite comments on the proposed changes. The AUC is now in the process of reviewing the written comments received from interested parties (shown in the list below) regarding proposed revisions to Rule 001.

The last changes to Rule 001 were approved on November 1, 2016, and involved changes to enhance participants abilities to file revised documents in a proceeding using the eFiling System.
Prior to the most recent change, a process was implemented to simplify and improve the evaluation and processing of motions requesting confidential treatment of documents in a proceeding. Please see the documents below for information related to the development of Rule 001.
