Rule 006 Rules of Regulatory Audits has been adopted by the AUC to instill greater stakeholder confidence in the regulatory process. The Commission believes that independent, objective, third-party reviews of utility finances and operations and public distribution of reports outlining the outcome of such reviews are important tools in meeting this objective. The Audit and Compliance Group conducts independent, objective third party reviews of utility finances and operations. Upon completion of an audit the resulting audit report is posted on this page for public access.
