The AUC issed a notice of hearing cancellation for Proceeding 26485 on August 19, 2021.
The Commission issued a notice of hearing for Proceeding 26485 on July 7, 2021, after it
had determined that Stan Weiss, Dayna Felesky and Felesky Cattle Co. Ltd. (represented by
Dayna Felesky) met the test for standing under Section 9(2) of the Alberta Utilities Commission
Act. No other persons requested standing in the proceeding.
The Commission cancelled the hearing because Stan Weiss and Dayna Felesky (for herself and
for Felesky Cattle Co. Ltd.) each filed letters with the Commission stating that they wished to
formally withdraw their objections to the Dunmore Solar Energy Project because their concerns
have been addressed by Dunmore Solar Inc., and that no further AUC process or conditions are
necessary in order to address their concerns.
