Information session
Proceeding 28955
The AUC will be considering the application of Strathcona County for approval of a long-term water supply agreement between the Municipality and Properties of Northern Bear Inc. (PONBI) to ensure that the delivery of Alberta’s utility service takes place in a manner that is fair, responsible and in the public interest. The water supply agreement involves the sale and delivery of water from Strathcona County to PONBI.
The AUC will be hosting a public information session to discuss how the regulatory process works for approving rates and how to participate in the proceeding. Customers who have objections or concerns should follow the regulatory process and file timely submissions on the record of the proceeding.
