The AUC is seeking input on draft amendments to AUC Rule 022: Rules on Costs in Utility Rate Proceedings. The AUC is considering a number of proposed revisions to Rule 022 that incorporate the feedback received and the AUC’s objective to promote consistent and effective participation in rates proceedings and provide clarity to participants. The AUC is seeking stakeholder comments on the draft amendments to the rule through the AUC Engage platform. More information can be found in Bulletin 2022-10.
