Rules on Criteria Relating to the Imposition of Administrative Penalties

​Rule 013 sets out the factors that the AUC considers in determining administrative penalties to ensure even-handed enforcement and protection of energy markets and consumers. ​Some of these factors are the seriousness of the contravention, self-reporting or cooperation of the person named in the contravention.
