​Rule 025: Administration Fee [PDF]

The AUC is primarily funded by the administration fee it imposes on gas transmission companies, gas distribution companies, electricity distribution companies, transmission facilities owners and the wholesale electric market.

The administration fee is allocated to administration fee categories based on the AUC’s services provided to each category. Orders to pay are issued to utilities and the independent system operator, on behalf of transmission facilities owners and wholesale electric market participants, twice per fiscal year.
