The Office of the Utilities Consumer Advocate Administration Fee

Rule 035 places a Office of the Utilities Consumer Advocate (UCA) administration fee on regulated distribution utilities and sets out its determination and calculation. This fee will be payable annually by the regulated distribution utilities identified in the rule.
