Rule 019 sets out the ISO rules for which the Market Surveillance Administrator may issue a notice of specified penalty to a market participant who has contravened the listed ISO rules.

Rule 019 includes a table specifying the applicable penalty based on the nature of the contravention and the regularity of the occurrence.
