Home AUC ConfidenceLine AUC ConfidenceLine The Alberta Utilities Commission is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and public trust in all aspects of its work. To support this commitment, the AUC offers ConfidenceLine, a secure and independently administered reporting service available to current and former utility employees and contractors. ConfidenceLine is a confidential, third‑party platform that allows individuals to report concerns related to potential wrongdoing, including possible violations of legislation, AUC policies or ethical standards. Reports can be submitted anonymously. Proper use of ConfidenceLine: Submit reports in good faith, based on reasonable belief and available information. ConfidenceLine is intended for serious or systemic matters, rather than workplace issues. Please use the AUC complaint form, not ConfidenceLine, for customer complaints regarding service issues, or for complaints that can be resolved through normal regulatory processes. General inquires can be sent to info@auc.ab.ca. Provide as much relevant detail and information, such as dates, locations, parties involved and documentation, if available. ConfidenceLine is not an emergency service. Immediate threats to health, safety or security should be reported to appropriate emergency or law enforcement authorities. Reports submitted through ConfidenceLine are reviewed by the AUC Audit, Compliance and Enforcement division in accordance with established procedures. ConfidenceLine
