Recorded oral hearings, oral argument and replies or technical meetings are available to the public on the AUC’s YouTube account until the close of the proceeding record. Recordings are offered as a convenience to assist the public in following a proceeding and making submissions before the AUC but are not included as an official record. The transcript is the official record of an AUC hearing.
After the close of record, the videos are permanently deleted from the AUC’s YouTube account. The close of the proceeding record refers to the point at which no further evidence, arguments, or documents can be submitted in a proceeding. This typically occurs at the end of oral hearing.
