Watch an AUC hearing
The Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) has cancelled the virtual oral hearing for Proceeding 27906, which was scheduled to commence on February 12, 2024, via web conference. The hearing was to consider the applications filed by Kiwetinohk Energy Corp. requesting approval to construct and operate a 350-megawatt solar power plant, designated as the Granum Solar Energy Project, and the associated Champion 1110S Substation. The AUC issued a notice of amendment on February 5, 2024.

The AUC has established a new process schedule to allow limited final written submissions from the Municipal District of Willow Creek No. 26 and Kiwetinohk Energy Corp.
The eFiling System should be accessed to view the applications and the other documents the AUC will be considering in this proceeding. The system is also used to file submissions and evidence to participate in the proceeding.
