Finance and operational reports submitted by regulated utilities
The Alberta Utilities Commission requires that regulated utilities submit annual financial and operational reports as set out in AUC Rule 005: Annual Reporting Requirements of Financial and Operational Results. These reports list the regulated returns and financial results that can be compared to the previous year and the forecast.
The fiscal year-end for regulated utilities is December 31 of each year. Therefore:
