Rate Application Process for Water Utilities

Rule 011 applies to rate applications for investor-owned water utilities with a small customer base. The rule provides that AUC​ staff may assist water utilities and its customers in developing just and reasonable rates. The reason for this assistance is to minimize regulatory costs.
